IICO
has offices in countries where charitable activities need direct
supervision such as: Jordan, Uganda, Nigeria, Niger, Benin,
Comoros Islands, and Sudan. There are also offices of IICO
in Geneva in Switzerland and U.S.A.

In countries
with less intense activities, IICO
is carrying out its work through reliable, well known regional
or international charitable organizations / foundations.
IICO has also representatives who supervise and direct its
programs in many places around the world.
IICO's offices and representatives abroad are responsible for: |
|
|
|
1) Monitoring and managing the implementation
of its various productive and construction projects.
2) Running training/rehabilitation centers and orphanages.
3) Supervising IICO's fund raising programs.
4) Following up its emergency aid programs whenever
circumstances call for.
5) Following up the activities of IICO's local representatives
and directing them. |

Moreover, these offices take charge of
Educational Services such as: |
|
|
|
1) Provision of training for teachers and
representatives.
2) Translation of Islamic books and published matters into
local languages.
3) Distribution of copies of Quran, Islamic and school
books, cassettes, and video tapes.
4) Recommending hard working needy students for IICO's
scholarships to gain higher education. |

In addition to this, these offices carry
out Special
Services on different occasions such as: |
|
|
|
1)
Distributing meals for breaking the fast during the month
of Ramadan.
2) Sacrificing lambs during Moslems feast of Sacrifice.
3) Distribution of copies of school books and
stationery at the beginning of the school year. |
|
|
|
Moreover, IICO's
offices are fully cooperating with international agencies
and local foundations /associations on activities of mutual
interest for the welfare of local communities.
IICO's
offices and representatives offer relief aids through the
offices of Kuwaiti Joint Committee for Relief Aids such as in the
states of: Coratia, Bosnia, Bangladesh, Somalia, Albania,
and Kosova. |
